AchieveUnite Inc. is deeply committed to inclusion of every kind both in the company, and leading change across the technology industry in a positive, constructive, be the solution, not the problem way. We are also committed to deepening our own understanding of the roots and effects of racism in the United States and to begin taking healing actions.
Understanding that change comes from within, over the next several months we will be reflecting on our own organizational practices and our own unconscious bias. As part of that, we have hosted a series of Be the Change: Our Response to Racism roundtable sessions with our AchieveUnite University Alumni. The rich conversation was led by two well-respected voices in the field of equity, diversity and inclusion, Cheryl Shapero and Jackie Scott.
Cheryl and Jackie also compiled a list of anti-racism resources designed to help everyone learn more and help themselves understand how they can join the conversation in a way that works best for them, and make positive change in the world. We encourage everyone to re-share this list as part of this movement for change.
